On
10.000
square
meters there will be prepared a exposition part and accompanying
marketing congress, which will take almost 120 conference hours divided
into 9 different panels. A participation in the event has been announced
by the most important representatives of all marketing communication
sectors, including media, commercial agencies, public relations agencies,
media houses, research institutes, outdoor advertisement companies,
interactive agencies, commercial articles and exposition systems
producers, special events organization agencies and many more.(Warsaw
Business). The ARAM Company will ensure the complex technical service,
ie. all three rooms, where the congress sessions will take place.
The
ARAM Company was responsible for technical service of the
annual
"Industry Solution Days" for Microsoft company. We provided telebims,
camera realization, audio service, lighting and IT service. After the
official part the hall has been quickly divided into two independent
exposition rooms. Each one had independent audio system, lighting,
camera realization and whole IT equipent. The whole installation has
been prepared to divide the rooms in the shortest possible time.
In
10th of March in Hanover the world biggest IT fair - CeBIT -
have
begun.
In
the beginning of February, the President of our Company, Mr.
Rafał
Mrzygłocki has been invited to take part in a exclusive organization,
ie. Youg Businessmen Council (RMP) (www.rmp.pl). In the 1st of March the
first meeting with the Management of RMP took place. The Management ,
after familiarizing with candidates will choose 4 of them to join the
organization in 2005. The RMP is a association which exists for five
years. The members of RMP are owners and presidents of several leading
companies in their branches. The average age of members of RMP is 32
years. They have realized their careers and gained their output of
business experience in the conditions of free market economy.
The
ARAM Company have provided the audio-visual equipment for
ATM
S.A. Company stand during the 3rd GSM Congress in Cannes. The ATM has
presented it’s newest product, the multichannel platform for interactive
entertainment services (eg. Interactive games for mobile phone users).
The ATM has chosen the ARAM Company as a partner in the branch of
large-format visualizations during realization of projects connected
with "Digit-all-time" platform.
Since
the 1st of March the offer of ARAM Company has expanded
with
12 LCD panels with diagonal of 20 inches. These panels will be placed on
stands or hanged on the special racks. There will be available special
frames for the [anels, which can be ordered in any colour, with logo
print etc. 
ARAM
Multimedia, the company which exists since 1988 can include
year
2004 among the succesful ones. We have realized several hundred events,
including many exclusive ones, eg. Al Gore’s visit in Poland,
promotional events for Nokia, holiday events and non-typical projects
for many pharmaceutical companies. Our equipment portfolio has
significantly expanded, and also the availability of non-typical
solutions, like randomizing of images, dedicated emission systems etc.
We have realized several hundred movies of events and prepared over 100
hours of materials and clips for the events. The interest in ARAM’s
services is also shown by foreign companies, which find us as a partner
in organization of events and conferences. 
The
ARAM Company has begun preparations to implementing the
dedicated
CRM system. We want to check the systems available on Polish market. The
RENTAL companies in the world have dedicated CRM systems which allow
them not only to manage the customers but also the whole processes of
preparing the events, reservation of equipment and coordination of
technical crew and organizers. We are looking for the system which will
be easy in using and at the same time will allow to control all
processes connected with technical service of events and their
preparation.
We
have managed to initially sum up what we want to show you in
2005.
So, in the 1st quarter of the year the new projectors over 5000 ANSI
will be available. We have chosen the projectors of this power because
such brightness is enough for most presentations. We will also purchase
the next devices with weight up to 100 kg. In our offer there will be
probably new 8x6 screen and 3D plasma. We are also considering the
purchase of new systems for realization of video image – digital vision
mixers and new cameras, and also building of mobile director room, which
will be ready to use three times faster than now. We will be also
working on expanding our systems of randomizing pictures of faces and
images. 
Al
Gore Jr., the 45th vice-president of United States, has been
invited
into Warsaw by „Puls Biznesu”. He has presented the lecture about the
growth of the most advanced technologies and disputed with the debaters:
presidents and representatives of the biggest Polish companies. The ARAM
Company ensured the complex service of whole event. We provided image,
live transmission of audio and video, audio systems in the main hall,
and also effect lighting and simultaneous translation.
In
may of 204
all ARAM’s vehicles has been visually unified. Also our Renault Master
has been prepared for building the mobile director room inside the
vehicle. All vehicles, besides logo and large www address has been
marked with squares in RGB colours.
ARAM’s
offer again includes the multimedia stands built using the
touch
displays. ARAM was a ppioneer of such info-stands several years ago,
which were bought by Telekomunikacja Polska. The whole idea has quickly
been abandoned. We have now decided to return to this technology, which
has definitely settled in trade centres, car salons and even in public
places in the open air. There are several models in our offer, which can
be hired or purchased. The current models produced by our partner are
based on LCD touch monitors and have very moders design.
There’s
an unique
screen in ARAM’s warehouse. At first sight it looks like a matt plexi,
but even ARAM’s technicians don’t know what it is covered with. The
creen, called "Magic Daylight Screen", is characterized by strong
contrast and, what is most important, the image is visible even at
strong light intensity. ARAM has tested it by placing next to each other
a traditional background projection screen with BARCO 5500 ANSI
projector and REVERSA screen with NEC 3500 ANSI projector in a very
sunny fair hall. The result was that the REVERSA screen gave very bright
and contrast image, almost as a plasma screen, and the traditional
screen gave dim and less visible image. It’s not a technology to replace
LED screens in the open air, in the 1st of June at noon, but in the
connection with projection tunnel can be used during less sunny days.
The
ARAM Company,
which takes up telebims andvisual service of events, has bought two new
BARCO projectors with power 6000 ANSI and 7000 ANSI. Both have
replaceable optics (up to 5 different lenses to choose) and fully
adjustable image (Shift Lens) without changing it’s propotions! These
are currently the newest and up-to-date event projectors available in
Poland. Both have been used for the first time during POLPHARMA’s great
event: “Paris Dakar”, which took place in 6th of January in Expo hall.
The great frame screen (dimensions: 6 x 8 meters), bought not so long
ago (see picture) has been illuminated with the hanged projector
equipped with medium-short lens, and the side screens (4 x 3 meters)
have been illuminated with projectors placed on special floor racks. As
Rafał Mrzygłocki says, there will be next investments in the forthcoming
weeks. This will be a projector, which got the name of event projector
in USA, the powerful SANYO XF35 with power of 6500 ANSI and two
independent light bulbs, which ensure longer life of lamps ans, what is
most important, the full brightenn in over 60% of bulbs life time. Our
Company will also purchase the next vision mixer Panasonic and two new
SONY digital caperas. 
The
ARAM
Company has
bought the new, double-bulbed Sanyo projector with power of 6500 ANSI.
There are three lenses to choose, the short, medium and long one. The
projector weighs approximately 30 kg and is suitable for hanging in even
the hardly reachable places, like the hall in Sheraton hotel, whose
hooks have small load capacity. The projector has very modern structure,
doesn’t require special cooling to receive full light power. Below you
can see the pictures from “Złote Ogniwa” event and the picture of
mounting the projector.
In
the
end of 2002 year we had the pleasure to service the event where the
prestige Pirelli calendar has been presented. It’s author is Bruce Weber,
and the event took place in office building FOCUS.
For
City Office
of Milanówek order we have placed the MEGA CUBE 4x3 projection tunnel
during the promotional event „Milanówek’s Days”. On telebim the concert
of “Łzy” and artistic shows have been transmitted. Our company has
rented the portable vision studio with 4 digital cameras DVCAM and full
technician crew.
The
cecond and
third day of
Piknik Country Festival in Mrągowo has been fully serviced by ARAM
Company. Using 4 SOY digital cameras and portable transmission vehicle,
TV operators have executed complex realization and recording of concerts.
The mixed material was recorded on Betacam tape, and additionally each
camera recorded the image independently. For communication between
operators and editor we have used the wireless PMR system with large
silencing headphones.
In
26th and
27th of April our company has been responsible for complex service of 6
lecture halls of international shizophrenia congress organized in The
Great Theatre in Warsaw. Each hall was equipped with projector, slide
projector, screens, lighting and sound. Under the management of French
coordinators our technicians have serviced the lecturers and equipment.
The
ARAM Company
has serviced the cycle of over 30 neurological conferences promoting
POLPHARMA’s medicines. For each conferences organized in very different
objects the ARAM Company has placed two big telebims, independent audio
system, plasma monitors and logo projectors. All events have been
recorded and the participants have received event’s record on CD few
weeks after roadshow’s finish...
The
new Mega
Screen with dimensions 8x6m has appeared in ARAM’s offer. This new
purchase was used for the first time durig the „X Years of Adidas Poland”
event organized in Great Theatre.
We
have a
pleasure to present the new revolutional product, which has been
invented, designed and produced by ARAM Multimedia. It allows the
running of video projections during the day, in the open air, lighted
sport and concert halls, studios and everywhere where the ight lowers
the contrast of image. The tunnel completely darkens the screen by
blocking the sunlight and lamps beams. Additionally, to remove the side
light reflections, various blend can be mounted to the front of the
screen. The tunnel zan be hanged or stand on it’s own legs.
